Aruba Marriage Requirements

In order to get legally married in Aruba, couples must present copies of their birth certificates with apostille (state certification), valid passports and a witness (18+ years) with a valid passport. Single status reports, divorce decree(s) and death certificate(s) are also required with apostille, when applicable. All civil (legal) ceremonies are held at the City Hall and all required documents must be emails for review and then sent by mail at least one month before the desired wedding date.
