The Love Story
After meeting at Lincoln University and keeping up with each other throughout the years, Chantelle and Isaiah's connection was too strong to stay just friends! Their platonic friendship turned into a beautiful love story, and for these two, their love is one for the books.
The Planning Experience
These travel enthusiasts knew they wanted their special celebration to be in a tropical place surrounded by all their family and friends, and once they saw that Royalton Riviera Cancun checked all their boxes for their big day, their hearts were set. Chantelle and Isaiah recall, ‘It was a beautiful resort that possessed everything we would have wanted to share with our family and friends. After visiting Mexico for another wedding, we went for a site visit and were immediately impressed."
The Celebration
Their family and friends played a vital role in making their special day in paradise truly unforgettable, beginning with their large and supportive 26-person wedding party! In addition to the joy brimming from the wedding party, Chantelle and Isaiah's parents also showcased their happiness by bringing their best dance moves to the dancefloor, where they shared a heartwarming moment together that she will never forget. To finish off an already perfect night, a friend of theirs took center stage and performed a special song for the newlyweds.
The Memories
As for the most memorable moment from their celebration, both Chantelle and Isaiah agreed the second they saw each other on their wedding day, they fell in love all over again. Isaiah recalls, "The most memorable moment was when I saw Chantelle walk down the aisle. She was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful!" Chantelle adds, "Isaiah was standing there waiting for me, looking SO handsome in his tux! He looked so good!" Following their enchanting day in a Cancun paradise, Chantelle and Isaiah hope to visit a Caribbean island for their one-year anniversary, like St. Thomas or Anguilla, to explore a new place and create more cherished memories together.
Advice For Future Couples
Their advice for future couples is to give yourself and others time! We never wanted our union to feel like a bill to anyone!
