The Love Story
Adrian was Janesse's CrossFit coach and they were immediately drawn to each other. They became good friends, and shortly after, began dating. They were inseparable, and their hearts were immediately tied together. Adrian took Janesse on an "on a whim" trip to Disney World a couple weeks later and asked her to officially be his girlfriend at the Mexico pavilion at EPCOT. A year later, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife in the very same spot at EPCOT!
The Planning Experience
After a romantic proposal, Janesse and Adrian began the wedding planning process and knew from the beginning that they wanted to have a destination wedding. They were really drawn to Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, since it was an ideal family-friendly hotel for them and their guests. "There is so much to do and the service at Blue Diamond Resorts is always superb," says Janesse.
The Celebration
It's only right to have a tropical wedding theme when you are saying your I do's in paradise, and that is exactly what Janesse and Adrian did! Their lush, tropical and rustic ceremony was decorated to perfection with a few special upgrades like floral arrangements, tables, and more. One of their favorite moments from their special day was when the sparkling fireworks lit up during their first dance. "It felt like a dream," they call.
The Memories
Before they walked down the aisle, they mingled with all of their loved ones during the welcome cocktail party. They listened to sweet tunes from the Caribbean band on the beach and got to celebrate with their guests. They describe their wedding day as a "dream come true," and cherish all the special moments they got to share with each other.
Advice For Future Couples
Janesse and Adrian's biggest piece of advice for couples is to enjoy every second of it, as it will be over before you know it. Be present and remember to release control. Even when something may not go as planned, just stay positive and enjoy your day! Sometimes the imperfect moments turn out to be the most perfect.
