Over a year ago, we looked online for ways to have a memorable and affordable wedding. We found out that destination weddings were the way to go, and we love to travel! Our wedding was absolutely amazing! We were married at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun with 91 guests. My destination wedding at Dreams Macao Beach was something from an actual dream. Everything went so smoothly from the planning process with Destination Weddings to the planning and execution process with the resort itself. Despite never coming to this resort, they were able to make my vision come true from miles and miles away. Upon arrival, everything was explained. My husband and I have been together for over three years. Both of us dreamed of getting married on the beach with friends and family all around. The wedding coordinator here, Mónica Olivares, was so incredible. She went above and beyond to make our big day perfect!

Denise was the epitome of detailed organization, proactive communication, and calming energy during the year-long planning of our destination wedding. She is such an expert in the field that all of the travel logistics became one less thing we had to worry about.

We had over 160 guests traveling from all over the world, whom Denise communicated with individually to ensure their travel itineraries were correct and seamless. We did not encounter a single issue, and Denise worked with us as flights were canceled, people missed connections, and unforeseen problems arose.

Denise always went the extra mile for us. Since we were not able to afford a wedding planner, we had to do almost everything ourselves, and Denise stepped in, using the plethora of connections she has made over her long career in the business to ensure that our hotel and vendors met our needs. She jumped on phone calls, was CC'd on every email, and made sure that all of our requests were met, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident going into our big weekend. We can't thank her enough for making what was very time-consuming and stressful into a more enjoyable experience. All of our guests were thrilled with the weekend, and much of that is thanks to Denise.

"My now-husband and I had our destination wedding planned with DestinationWeddings.com. We had the privilege of working with Nancy Litwiller throughout the planning process. She was very attentive to our needs and wants. We chose to have our wedding at Sandos Playacar in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, based on pricing. Nancy looked up quite a few resorts' pricing for us so we could make informed decisions. The planning process went a lot smoother than I expected. The transition from Nancy to the wedding coordinator at the resort was seamless. Planning with the coordinator at the resort was very simple; we were sent a few Word documents to go through and select from a "menu" of decor, food, etc. We then just added everything to the master Excel file, and our coordinator took care of the rest. We brought some decorations in order to save on some expenses, but decided to pay for others that we really wanted. We met with our coordinator a few days before the wedding to go over everything, and then on the day of the wedding, it all happened as planned. This exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We had the MOST amazing time at the Secrets resort in Cap Cana for our wedding in late July 2023. Our specialist was Maggie, and she was just great! Always extremely timely in response time, as well as advocating for us to get perks from the resort. We loved our experience! "We couldn't be more thrilled to have gotten married at Dreams Natura this past January. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had about 100 people in our group, and each one was welcomed to the hotel efficiently with a welcome drink and hot towel; it set the tone for what was to come! The resort is beautiful, and the food is excellent. There was enough beach for everyone to have their own space. The resort did a fantastic job separating the adult-only and family-friendly sides without feeling like a stark contrast. This was important to us as we had children at our wedding and some adults looking forward to their childless vacation. The way the hotel was laid out worked perfectly for blending this. We worked with Fernanda to coordinate our wedding. She was absolutely incredible! We filled out a few documents beforehand about the "vibes" we were looking for in our wedding and other important details. A few days before the wedding, we sat with her and finalized all the details, from chairs to plates to flowers to the order of events and where to place party favors. She had a lot of helpful suggestions regarding the timing of events and the flow of the day. During our meeting, she also introduced us to the photography team, who were also excellent! Fernanda walked us through everything, even how she would pick each of us up from our getting-ready areas down to the minute of walking down the aisle. On the wedding day, she ran everything with extreme professionalism, helped calm nerves, and stayed with our group until the night's end to ensure everything was perfect. We never once had to worry about a thing as she was in the background coordinating everything. Fernanda and the entire staff at Dreams were all incredible vendors to work with and could provide a master class in service. Although we already reviewed our travel coordinator, TJ Dana, we want to say thank you again for recommending such a spectacular resort and helping us plan our wedding and getting all our guests down to Mexico!"

 
     
If you are looking for a fun-filled, family-friendly, non-stop dance Caribbean getaway, look no further! Coconut Bay Resort has it all: amazing staff, delicious food, and a gorgeous wedding venue. There are a number of different pools and a hidden beach spot a little down the way. It's only 5 minutes from the airport, and you are greeted with love from the minute you arrive! Sarahi helped us plan our perfect day from home to make everything easy once we arrived. Kaisha is the best wedding coordinator and took great care of us all week while we were on the resort! Our photographer, Kendall, was amazing. The DJ was awesome! And pro tip: get the fire dancers! It's beyond worth it.

"My husband & I got married on January 28, 2023 at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres, Mexico. Michelle Haluschak was recommended to us by a friend to help plan our Destination Wedding. From the beginning, she was very thorough in our initial phone consultation & truly understood what we were looking for when it came to our wedding. "I chose to use DWT after doing much research and reading reviews of fellow brides who had reported a great experience. Sally Martinez is simply the best! She is communicative, punctual, and she truly gets the job done. Sally took over my contract in June (two months prior to the wedding), and she quickly and efficiently resolved any issues that were previously not dealt with. I truly believe that because of Sally, my experience at the Hard Rock was seamless. Even while at the resort, she was answering emails quickly! We had a large group for a destination wedding, with 90 guests. This was not a challenge for Sally; she communicated and assisted several guests who had issues due to computer literacy, despite the easy navigation of your personalized wedding page! She also helped resolve other problems, such as travel issues due to hurricane season weather, which resulted in flight changes and cancellations. Her patience is unremarkable! All the guests reported positive feedback about Sally and many commented on how helpful she was. Additionally, she walks you step-by-step about the promotions you receive through using DWT and also communicates with my on-site coordination about these perks! We saved up to 4K through DWT!
