The Love Story
Michelle used her charm and beauty to convince Carlos to open up a few accounts at Citibank, but Carlos was quick to turn the tables by being the one to charm Michelle with his good looks and sweet demeanor! After chatting for a moment, Carlos took a leap of faith by asking Michelle out on a date, but instead of saying yes, Michelle handed Carlos her business card in case he needed any additional help with his accounts. At first, Michelle was extremely skeptical, but after speaking with her best friend, she agreed to go out on a date with him, and the rest is history!

The Planning Experience
Michelle and Brian always envisioned their special day on the beach, and it was the perfect excuse to get all their loved ones together for an incredible vacation celebration. They browsed through several Caribbean resorts before they landed on Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun, and with the help of their Certified Destination Wedding Specialist, it had everything they ever wanted, including a breathtaking beach backdrop.

The Celebration
To make their wedding day fun for their guests, they swapped out the usual place cards and replaced them with a "take a shot and find your seat." It was a perfect way to showcase their personalities, while allowing their guests to enjoy something different and exciting. Their own DJ also made a guest appearance and incorporated the best Indo-Caribbean tunes for their wedding in paradise. One of the funniest moments during their celebration was attempting to take funny bridal party photos! Everyone ran and jumped towards the camera, and even though they hilariously failed, it was a highlight for both Michelle and Carlos.

The Memories
Michelle and Carlos had a chance to have a few moments alone during their formal couple photos on the beach. Michelle recalls, "It was nice to have some time alone after the ceremony and before the reception to soak everything in together. You can see us genuinely laughing and being truly romantic in these shots because we were literally on cloud 9." Their special day was described as "unique, relaxing, and memorable." It was everything they could have ever wanted and more!

Advice For Future Couples
Their advice for future couples planning a destination wedding is to not stress yourself out!
