High school sweethearts turned into forever soulmates! Melissa and Sebastien met 10 years ago when they were just 15 years old. Their relationship blossomed, and after purchasing their first home together in 2024, they got engaged.
The Planning Experience
When they first began planning, a destination wedding wasn't even on their radar. They just knew they loved to travel and wanted something more intimate. Advice For Future Couples
Melissa & Sebastien's advice for planning a destination wedding?
Create a wedding website! It might not seem necessary since everyone is booking their own trip, but it saved us a lot of time answering guests' questions by simply creating a Q & A list on our website! We also dedicated a few people in our wedding party to help communicate any last minute details that we received on our last meeting with our wedding coordinator the day before the wedding. (Ex: at what time guests are being picked up to go to the ceremony). And don't sweat the small stuff!
