The Love Story
After meeting in college a few years back, Carl's best friend bet him that he couldn't get a date with Laci. To his best friend's surprise, Laci agreed to a date and the rest is history.
The Planning Experience
Having a destination wedding was something they always wanted, and when they discovered the exquisite amenities, adults-only ambiance, and gourmet cuisine at El Dorado Royale, they realized that it was the perfect place to exchange their vows.
The Celebration
Adding personalized elements to their special day was very important to the happy couple. Keeping the ceremony very simple, except for adding flowers to the gazebo and petal runner, they included fun elements for their guests and wedding party. On every person's seat at the ceremony there was a maraca with a tag saying "Shake this maraca with all your might, when you see the groom kiss his new wife." For their wedding party, they selected a lively long for them to walk into. As for their cocktail hour, a mariachi band played sweet times and a donkey even made an appearance. The day before the wedding, they hosted a welcome party for all of their guests. Their loved ones kept flowing in, the DJ was playing fun music, and they played relay race games. It was a great way for everyone to bond and get to know each other.
The Memories
Cheers erupted from their family and friends when the DJ announced the newlyweds as Mr. and Mrs. Bachman. It was one of their most memorable moments from their whole wedding. For this one year anniversary, they plan on reliving their time in paradise by returning to El Dorado Royale.
