The Love Story
When Ariana first saw Jasmine, she was immediately attracted to her and states "she was absolutely beautiful in my eyes!" After exchanging numbers they developed a very strong friendship. Before they knew it, their friendship blossomed into a relationship and fast forward several years later, they knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
The Planning Experience
Jasmine and Ariana went back and forth when it came to what type of venue they wanted for their wedding. After much thought, they knew that having a destination wedding would be the right choice, since they both love traveling. When searching for their dream destination, they looked for locations that were affordable, LGBTQIA+ friendly and Sandos Playacar Beach Resort had just that and more including, the beautiful beaches, excellent reviews and was family-friendly.
The Celebration
To personalize their special day, they incorporated the infinity symbol - a representation of their love - not only into their wedding but also their date: 8.18.18. How romantic! They recall their favorite part of their celebration was being able to party at CoCo Bongo with their friends and family.
The Memories
Their favorite part of their celebration in paradise was when the sparklers went off and lit up the night sky. To sum up their destination wedding experience, they describe it as "beautiful, fun, and memorable." Since these travel enthusiasts love to explore and discover new places, they would love to have their one year anniversary in Bora Bora, so they can snorkel and spot tropical fish.
