The Love Story
Chris and Danette met through our Greek affiliations of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. & Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Danette's sorority was a guest at an event that his chapter was hosting. Chris spotted Danette across the room and instantly fell head over heels for her. You could say it was love at first sight for Chris! After a few dates, Danette knew she couldn't let him get away and was completely smitten with Chris.
The Planning Experience
Danette and Chris explored several options before deciding on having a destination wedding, but quickly realized it was the best and most romantic option for them. When narrowing down their dream destination, their Certified Destination Wedding Specialist, Shelley, played a huge role in their decision to tie the knot at Now Onyx Punta Cana.
The Celebration
When it came to personalizing their special day, these lovebirds read their own heartfelt vibes and jumped the broom surrounded by their friends and family. What made their celebration even more special, was their delicious ice cream date at the resort! In their hometown, the happy couple always go on ice cream dates to spend time with each other, so it was incredibly special they had time to sneak away to go on one of their famous ice cream dates.
The Memories
To sum up their destination wedding in paradise, they state it was a "fantasy, breathtaking, and rewarding." They enjoyed every second of their destination wedding and hope to explore Fiji for their one year anniversary.
