Offer valid for any wedding group not yet booked or confirmed with Destination Weddings Travel Group when couple signs a group contract for 39 rooms between March 16, 2026 - September 15, 2026 for The Beachfront by The Fives Hotel from March 16, 2026 - December 19, 2028. Blackout dates of December 20, 2026 - January 3, 2027 and December 20, 2027 - January 3, 2028 apply. If all requirements are met, the wedding couple will receive the following:
- Full resort takeover for 4 nights of The Beachfront by The Fives, an upscale, 43 room, all inclusive resort
- Complimentary Presidential Suite for the Couple for 4 nights
- Unlimited exchange privileges for all guests at The Beachfront's nearby sister property, The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences
- Free beach wedding ceremony for up to 86 guests including uncovered avant-garde white chairs, rose bouquet and boutonnière for couple, white-draped ceremonial table, sound system with speakers and microphone, symbolic wedding officiant.
- Free 4-hour private beach reception for up to 86 on the resort's beach or pool terrace, including a 3-course dinner and international open bar
- Free 2-hour welcome cocktail party for up to 86 guests at the pool terrace on the evening of the group's arrival including draped cocktail tables, international open bar and an assortment of tray-passed gourmet bites
A 4-night stay or longer is required for rooms to count toward the 39-room minimum. Couple's complimentary Presidential suite does not count toward the minimum. If fewer than 39 rooms are booked and paid in full at least 185 days prior to arrival, the wedding couple has the choice of either relinquishing the full resort takeover or paying a fee per unfilled room of $2,200 - $3,000 (based on travel dates). If full resort takeover is relinquished, wedding couple may still receive a complimentary 4-night stay in a Presidential Suite plus a free beach wedding ceremony and a free private reception dinner, if at least 10 rooms are fully paid and traveled. All room rates in this document are in USD, based on a 4-night stay, and are all inclusive including all meals, drinks and taxes. There is a maximum number of 100 guests that can attend any and all events at The Beachfront by The Fives. The first 86 guests are free and up to 14 more can be added at a cost of $40 per guest. Please note: there are no exceptions to this 100 guest maximum. Any event not utilized, or any portion thereof, will be forfeited and not carried over to be used during a future stay, and there will be no cash reimbursement. No cash refund will be given in lieu of taking advantage of this offer. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the applicable travel dates. This offer is not combinable with any other resort or DestinationWeddings.com promotion, including the Up to $2,500 Off offer. Wedding couple must book their room reservation within the DWTG group contract to receive all promotion benefits and only guest rooms booked within the group will count towards earning this promotion.
