There are a few things your need before getting married in Florida. You and your partner must be at least 18 or have parental consent if younger. A valid Florida marriage license is needed. To get this, you require presenting a government-issued ID and provide your Social Security numbers. There is no residency requirement, and blood tests are not necessary. After obtaining the license, you must solemnize the marriage within 60 days.
