For US and CA citizens wanting to exchange their vows in St. Thomas, US and CA must apply for a marriage license at the Office of Territal Registar in St. Thomas and present a valid passport or government issued photo ID, original or certified copy of birth certificate, divorce decree or death certificate if either party was previously married.
