  Yes, Casa Stella offers a picturesque setting that is perfect for both your ceremony and reception. With elegant indoor and outdoor spaces, the villa can be transformed to match your wedding vision from start to finish.
• What services are included in a wedding package at Casa Stella?

  A wedding package at Casa Stella includes all your planning and design help before you arrive, plus a local wedding team that handles everything on the big day. You’ll get a symbolic officiant, personal flowers, ceremony décor that’s reused for the reception, and stylish tablescape details with all furniture included. The package also covers a photographer, live guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour, catering with a welcome drink, appetizers, dinner, bar setup, and a two-tier cake. You can choose professional hair and makeup for two or a 90-minute couples’ massage, and all setup fees are included, though some villa event deposits may apply. • Are there minimum stay requirements when booking Casa Stella for a wedding?

  Yes, a minimum three-night villa booking is required. Your Certified Destination Wedding Specialist will provide current pricing and guide you through available dates.
• How does the payment schedule work for a wedding at Casa Stella?

  A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signature to confirm your wedding date. The remaining balance is due in installments based on how far in advance your wedding is booked.

  More than six months prior to wedding date:

  • 25% initial non-refundable deposit (not applicable for Future Credit) – upon Contract signature
  • 50% second non-refundable deposit (but is applicable for the Future Credit) – at six months prior to the wedding date
  • 25% non-refundable deposit (not applicable for the Future Credit) – at 45 days prior to the wedding date

  Six months or less prior to wedding date:

  • 25% initial non-refundable deposit (not applicable for Future Credit) - upon Contract signature
  • 50% second non-refundable deposit (but is applicable for the Future Credit) – at three months prior to the wedding date
  • 25% non-refundable deposit (not applicable for the Future Credit) – at 45 days prior to the wedding date
• What is the cancellation policy for a wedding at Casa Stella?

  All deposits are non-refundable. If a wedding is canceled, only the 50% second deposit may be applied as a Future Credit toward a rescheduled event. If paid, the 25% third payment will NOT be allowed as a Future Credit.
