The Trou au Diable Restaurant is located right on the Anse Chastanet beach. The lunch menu offers a wide and varied choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and Caribbean and Creole specialties. On Tuesday evenings, all guests enjoy a special Caribbean culinary evening in the Trou au Diable Restaurant, which commences with a cocktail reception at 6:30 pm. The atmosphere is festive with the entire stretch of beach in front of the restaurant lit up by flambeau candles.

The menu was created by consulting chef, James Beard award winner Allen Susser in collaboration with the vegan Chef de Cuisine at the resort, Frank Faucher. As an added attraction, Emerald’s will host international vegan chefs regularly.
Whilst all resort menus feature vegetarian and vegan choices, the Emerald’s Restaurant caters exclusively to vegans with a modern tapas-style menu. Crispy Cauliflower Accras with Lime, Scallion, St Lucian Mango Chutney, and Bread Fruit Gnocchi with Tomato, Lemon Thyme and Chadon Beni Pesto.

Celebrating award winning Tropical World Cuisine, a blend of Caribbean with other tropical world cuisine experiences. The dinner menu changes daily and is served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by beautiful original artwork. Breakfast is served here daily and dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

In keeping with Anse Chastanet’s eco-conscious philosophy, the resort’s Treehouse restaurant is offering a new menu, titled Balawoo – a Creole name for a small fish – which embodies the sea-to-plate, farm-to-table philosophy for which the legendary resort is known around the globe.
Balawoo menu includes a Caribbean seafood bar with fresh options such as Snapper Tiradito, Lionfish Ceviche, and Wahoo Sashimi. Other menu items include the whole fish of the day roasted in banana leaf. During lobster season, guests can also enjoy Grilled Local Spiny Lobster with Passion Fruit Butter or the World’s Largest Shrimp.
