Couples may update or customize wedding ceremony and reception inclusions for an additional cost. A 4-night stay or longer is required for rooms to count toward the 28 room minimum. Couple's Royal Retreat One Bedroom Villa does not count toward the minimum. If fewer than 28 rooms are booked and paid in full at least 135 days prior to arrival, the wedding couple has the choice of either relinquishing the full resort takeover or paying a fee per unfilled room of $2,200 - $3,300 (based on travel dates). All room rates noted in this promotion are in USD, based on a 4-night stay, and are all inclusive including all meals, drinks and taxes. The first 68 guests are free at the included events; additional guests will pay a cost per guest to attend. Any event not utilized, or any portion thereof, will be forfeited and not carried over to be used during a future stay, and there will be no cash reimbursement.
