The Love Story
Stevie and Morgan shared their first kiss as the sun was setting over the water, so their beach destination wedding in Jamaica was fitting!
The Planning Experience
Stevie and Morgan are not very traditional and after getting engaged they thought why not have a destination wedding? After getting in contact with us, everything started falling right into place, especially after their Certified Destination Wedding Specialist answered all their questions and pointed them in the right direction. When it came down to choosing their dream resort, they wanted something small, intimate but with a touch of luxury, and Melia Braco Village had everything they were looking for!
The Celebration
Their ceremony was held in a beautiful garden gazebo and featured bright flowers along with a live guitarist. They celebrated with friends and family during an elegant reception, enjoying a 4-course dinner followed by plenty of dancing. The bride's uncle and dad even invited a couple they had met at the pool to join in on the festivities!
The Memories
When they returned to their room, Stevie and Morgan were greeted by rose petals, champagne, and their wedding cake. They shared a big slice of cake as the perfect ending to an already memorable day. Overall, the couple had a great time in Jamaica sipping on drinks while being surrounded by their friends and family.
Advice For Future Couples
Between choosing a location and the right resort to guest accommodations and payment plans, there's a lot to manage. Stevie and Morgan recommend using a destination wedding travel agency (such as us!) to help take the stress out of planning all these details. When it comes to a location, they also suggest that couples think about the type of background and vibe they want their photos to have.
