Customer Engagement Specialist
The role of the Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) is vital to the continued growth of the business and will directly contribute to the success of the organization as a whole. The position will be housed within the Marketing Department and will focus on converting couples to begin working with Destination Weddings Travel Group (DWTG).
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Flexible schedule (a must!)
- Strong written communication and listening skills
- Outgoing personality and excellent telephone mannerisms
- Organized, multi-tasker with a strong ability to prioritize
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, but also as part of team
- Travel experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
